REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

We want you to love your purchase from BIK Concepts. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of shipment. To be eligible, items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. Please note that sale items and discounted orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at [email protected]. Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label, and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund. A restocking fee applies: 10% for most items and 25% for chafing dishes. Exchanges are processed after the original item has been received and approved.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, report it within 48 hours to [email protected], along with clear photos or videos of the item and its packaging. Claims submitted outside this timeframe or without sufficient evidence may be denied.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and ensuring availability to receive the delivery. BIK Concepts is not responsible for delivery delays or unsuccessful deliveries resulting from carrier issues, customs processes, weather conditions, incorrect or incomplete addresses, delivery refusal, or customer unavailability. Orders returned to us for any of these reasons, including a change of mind, will be refunded minus original shipping charges, return shipping costs, applicable restocking fees, and any additional fees incurred.

For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes. Returns that are refused or delayed due to unpaid duties or customs fees may not be eligible for a refund.

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and returned with proof of purchase.
