Shipping policy

 

At BIK Concepts, we have a mission of ensuring that all our customers enjoy fast, reliable, as well as transparent shipping. Our shipping policy is important and needs to be read by every customer to understand the way your order will be processed and delivered.

 

Order Processing 

All orders made at BIK Concepts are done within 1–3 business days before shipment. In this step, we confirm the order details of yours closely and pack your products before shipping. An email confirmation will be sent out to you when your firm has successfully processed and shipped your order.

 

Shipping Times 

We provide local and international express services:

·       Domestic Shipping: Orders in the USA have the normal time of delivery of 4 to 8 working days once ordered.

·       International Shipping: It takes time to deliver based on the country where it is delivered. It should be pointed out that international delivery can be extended because of customs clearance and other local circumstances.

Orders more than USD 2,000 receive free Economy delivery in the USA.

Customs & Duties 

In the case of all international orders, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay any form of custom fees, import duty, or taxes. BIK Concepts does not deal with delays created by the customs clearance or any extra charges imposed by customer country.

Tracking Information 

After shipping your order, you will be sent a tracking number through email. This gives you the opportunity to track your delivery from our warehouse to your doorstep. Tracking information will take up to 24 hours after your order has been shipped.

Order Cancellations 

Order cancellations should be done prior to processing. In case you want to cancel your order then you must reach our support team at once at [email protected]. After your order shipment, it will not be possible to cancel the shipment and the normal returns process will apply.
